📦 Option A – Return and Replacement

We may ask you to return the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging, including:

• Original product box

• All accessories

• Any included components

Our customer support team will provide the necessary return instructions and address.

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will normally process and ship the replacement within 5 working days.

Eligible replacement requests made within the first 7 days of delivery will be processed free of charge.

🚚 Option B – Courier Replacement

In certain cases, we may arrange a courier replacement. Please pack the product securely in its original box with all accessories so the courier can collect the item and facilitate the replacement.

This process may take up to 14 working days, depending on product availability and delivery arrangements.
